DURHAM, N.C. — NCCU students will hold a voter rally and march to the polls at 10 a.m. Thursday – the first day of early, or one-stop, voting.
Students will rally at Hoey Administration Circle, off Fayetteville St., and then march to the early voting site at the Holy Cross Catholic Church, 2438 S. Alston Ave.
Thursday is the first day registered voters can vote early for the May 6 primary. Voters who are not registered can also register and vote all at the same time starting Thursday. Early voting lasts until May 3.
